These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KorabTech Technologies website (korabtech.online) and, where applicable, form part of the agreement between KorabTech Technologies Ltd ("KorabTech", "we", "us") and any client engaging us for services ("you", "the client"). By using this website or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms.
This website and its content — including the interactive demos, the AI website assistant, and all text and design — are provided for informational purposes and to demonstrate KorabTech's capabilities. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of this website without our written permission. The AI website assistant is provided as a convenience; while we aim for accuracy, its responses are not a substitute for a formal proposal or contractual commitment from KorabTech.
KorabTech offers two engagement models, and the specific terms of your engagement are set out in a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement, which takes precedence over this general page in case of conflict:
Which model applies to your engagement, along with rates, milestones, and billing cadence, will be confirmed in writing before any chargeable work begins.
Quotes and estimates provided during a discovery call or in an initial proposal are based on the information available at that time and may be revised once full technical requirements are understood. For fixed-scope engagements, changes to agreed scope after work has started ("change requests") will be quoted separately and may affect timeline. For retainer engagements, scope is managed on an ongoing basis per the cadence agreed in the retainer agreement (e.g. sprint planning, monthly priorities).

Unless otherwise agreed in a project's statement of work, ownership of custom code, designs, and other deliverables built specifically for a client transfers to that client upon full payment. KorabTech retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal libraries, and general know-how used to deliver the work, and may reuse non-client-specific components across other engagements. Any third-party software, libraries, or services incorporated into a deliverable remain subject to their own respective licenses.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during an engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends. Where a client requires a separate mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive information, we're glad to sign one prior to discovery.
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care consistent with good industry practice. Specific warranty periods, bug-fix commitments, and post-launch support terms (if any) are defined in the individual project agreement or retainer terms, since these vary by project type and complexity. Beyond what's explicitly agreed in writing, services are provided "as is" without further warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, KorabTech's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. KorabTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, except where such limitation is not permitted by law or where liability arises from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Either party may terminate a fixed-scope engagement or retainer per the notice period stated in the relevant signed agreement (commonly 14-30 days for retainers). On termination, the client pays for work completed and expenses reasonably incurred up to the termination date. Confidentiality and intellectual property terms survive termination.
These Terms, and any engagement with KorabTech, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an engagement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, unless a specific project agreement states otherwise.
